How We Fund
Youth-led work requires flexible, accessible support. We have no arduous application, budgetary, or reporting requirements. Our intention is to minimise the time and effort spent on grant applications so that our potential grantees can remain focused on their vital work.
We provide small, yet catalytic grants
We use small and medium-sized grants strategically to unlock early-stage innovation, enable experimentation, and build credibility for young leaders. Small grants can be transformative at the earliest stages — helping ideas move from concept to reality.
We offer flexible, trust-based support
Our funding is unrestricted and accessible. We aim to reduce barriers for young innovators and leaders, including informal groups where appropriate. We prioritise flexibility and learning over heavy reporting requirements.
We aim to provide long-term support
Where possible, we will provide multi-year support so that our grantees can invest in their leadership, organisational capacity, and growth.
We celebrate collaboration
We encourage our grantees to share results, work across sectors, and challenge those barriers that prevent cooperation.
